'She was very willing to do wheelchair porn': Russell Brand jokes about his 'freaky' sex life with ex-wife Katy Perry

He's been much more gracious than his former wife in the aftermath of their split, so it would be churlish to begrudge Russell Brand the odd joke at the ill fated union's expense.
And he did just that yesterday, by joking that Katy Perry was 'very willing to do wheelchair porn.
The Brand X presenter then described his 14 month marriage to the singer as like being on 'a diet of rice' making his post-divorce dating spree feel like being let loose in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.

Not the most flattering metaphor for Katy, who interestingly enough often dresses as candy and cakes on stage (and never rice), but then the 37-year-old Essex boy is, after all, a comedian... and a bawdy one at that.
So after being asked by shock jock Howard Stern if the sex with Katy, 27 , 'wasn't freaky enough,' it would've have been precious of him to suddenly become po-faced.

Happily and true to form, he joked to Stern on his Sirius XM radio show: 'She was very willing to do wheelchair porn.'
Adding, according to Us Weekly: 'That woman spent ninety percent of our marriage in a little electric wheel chair.'

But then Buddhist Brand became more serious and added: 'I don't want porn anymore . . .There is no market for it in my life. I've got no kind of weird predilections especially.'
After confirming his new relationship with Isabella Brewster - sister to Dallas star Jordana Brewster - Brand euphemised with Stern about his dating and sex life as a single, newly-divorced man.
'[I had] a little bit of a reaction,' Brand revealed.

'Like if you've been on a diet of rice for awhile and then suddenly Willy Wonka said, 'I need you to run my chocolate factory.'

It's worth noting that Katy's 25th birthday party in Hollywood, which she attended with Brand affixed to her side, was Willy Wonka themed.
So it's hard not to think that the clever Brand is hinting at a disparity between Katy's candy coated public image and the real woman behind the technicolour facade.

But the Rock of Ages star was keen to quash rumours that he didn't get on with Perry's parents, who are Christian evangelicals.
'They were lovely,' Brand said.

'We had a really great relationship actually. When you say that they are Christians, Howard, they are not. . stiff . . Her dad came from sort of a crazy background, and her mom went to Berkley in like the sixties. They were more born again Christians, so I think they kind of identified with me.'
And Russell explained why he didn’t try to claim half of the $44million Katy made while they were together in the divorce, stating: ‘I've got a good job. I'm not into taking money from women.’
In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday night, Russell dodged the dating question and he and the talk show host joked about how much time he has been spending with his yoga teacher Tej Kaur Khalsa of late.

Jimmy had presented Russell with some photographs of him and Tej as he said: ‘I saw some photographs that lead me to believe – and correct me if I'm wrong – that you appear to be dating again.’
After the joking was over, Russell said seriously: ‘It's just that I like her, she's a nice person. Spiritual people, it's good to hang around those type of people.’
Russell also claimed that Tej was backstage, however he was later spotted leaving the studio with Isabella.
