Who's the fairest of them all? Co-stars Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron battle it out in the style stakes at MTV Movie Awards

The toast of Tinseltown was out in force tonight to walk the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards.
Snow White and the Huntsman co-stars Kristen Stewart lit up the star-studded bash, each sporting very different looks.
Twilight star Kristen, who is nominated for Best Kiss with on and off-screen beau Robert Pattinson, looked lovely in a silver dress by Guishem which boasted splashes of yellow and purple.

The 22-year-old teamed the mini dress with Christian Louboutin court shoes and was beaming away on the red carpet.
Meanwhile Charlize chose a more elegant look with a scarlet tiered strapless dress by Lanvin which she wore with strappy Jimmy Choo sandals.

 

While Charlize looked demure with her flowing blonde locks and natural-looking make-up, Kristen vamped things up with lashings of black eyeliner.

The co-stars certainly had something to smile about after their fantasy film topped the box office in America this weekend.
Other stars opted for metallics, and Paris Hilton chose a sequined charcoal frock with silver embellishment, which showed off her slim frame.
And Twilight star Nikki Reed went for a shimmering Flapper style gold dress and matching peep toe pumps.

Paris posed up on the red carpet with her sister Nicky, who sported an interesting strapless grey dress, displaying her slender pins, while Nikki arrived with musician husband Paul McDonald.

Elizabeth Banks, who is nominated for Best On-Screen Tranformation for her role in The Hunger Games, looked chic in a semi-sheer Elie Saab jumpsuit and tied her ash blonde locks into a slick bun.
Emma Watson chose an interesting patterned mini dress which she teamed with caged shoes, looking in great spirits as she laughed away while posing for photographs.

Emma Stone chose a structured two-tone creation and while her beau and Amazing Spiderman co-star Andrew Garfield was also in attendance, the pair didn't pose together.

Victoria Justice was summery in a clourblock frock and The Lying Games’ Kirsten Prout sported a cut out cream dress.

Celebrity siblings Booboo and Fivel Stewart showed up together, with Booboo teaming a black blazer with matching T-shirt and jeans, and Fivel contrasting in a white frock.
Meanwhile Brooke Hogan dared to bare in a skimpy silver mini dress with a cut-out panel across her tanned stomach, as Julianne Hough also picked a cut-out creation.
Julia Jones lit up the red carpet in a neon frock while Kelsey Grammer's daughter Greer was also colourful in a blue dress with pink accessories, and Ellie Kemper opted for florals.
The 2012 MTV Movie Awards airs on Monday June 4 at 9pm on MTV UK.

Cheryl Cole has always been very vocal in her love of her 'girl crush' Rihanna.
And now the We Found Love singer has returned the compliment, telling Esquire magazine that she thinks the British darling is 'hot.'
In typically X-rated style, Rihanna muses: 'Ooh! Cheryl Cole is...hot. I would just like to watch her work. Preferably cleaning things on the floor. Picking up stuff on the floor. Bending over.'

The saucy singer gushed about Cheryl in an interview published in the latest issue of the men's magazine, which accompanies a very provocative photoshoot.

The 24-year-old poses in a crochet bra that barely conceals her modesty, and in a very cheeky swimsuit that reveals a whole lot of her posterior, with thigh-high stockings.

Rihanna's comments about Cheryl come just days after she fuelled rumours that the former X Factor judge is being wooed by American Idol producers (despite Cheryl's denials).
'I can completely see why the producers at American Idol are trying to get Cheryl - she would be amazing,' she told the Daily Star. 'She was received so well on the US X Factor and most people couldn't really understand the decision to let her go.'

Last year Cheryl gushed about Rihanna, saying that she desperately wanted to work with her.

In the interview, Rihanna says that she has become accustomed to her antics making headlines. 'The attention is something I’ve learned to ignore,' she says.

Some of that attention came with her incredibly controversial decision to record a song with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, following his felony assault charge against her.
'I thought people were gonna be surprised that we finally did a record together, but I didn’t see how people could think it was a bad thing, you know?' she says. 'In my mind, it was just music.'
Rihanna says she is determined to settle down in five years time. 'Hopefully I’ll have a man by then. I’ve gotta start there, right? But how far I go [with my career] is God’s plan.
'I’m just following through my destiny. I don’t think it ever ends. It just evolves.'
Rumours are circulating though that things may just b heating up again between Rihanna and ex-boyfriend Drake.
The pair, who had a brief fling in 2009, were reportedly seen getting 'hot and heavy' at a Miami nightclub.
Us Weekly claims that Rihanna and Drake were seen holding hands and dancing closely on the dance floor.

Wearing matching black netted facinators, the two women almost look like sisters with their blood red lips for the cover of Interview magazine.

She also strikes a similar pose whilst wearing a chic black trenchcoat and knee-high leather boots.
The Twilight star, meanwhile shows off her legs in a black and red dress with a sheer lacy slip underlay in another image.
In an interview with the magazine, Charlize open up about her adopted son Jackson.

She says she always planned on having children, regardless of things not going to plan.
'You can’t really be too calculated about everything in life,' she tells the magazine.
'I think I’ve gone through my life with the understanding that you’ve got to let go and you can’t think that you’re going to control your destiny …  
'That’s why I’ve never had a five-year plan. I always knew that I wanted to have children.

'It wasn’t kind of something that I discovered later. I also never felt the biological clock ticking because I think I always knew that I wanted to adopt.

Theron says she has been coping with motherhood well without hardly any help.
'He's (Jackson) great. I've been doing things myself in the sense that I haven't had a night nurse or anything like that, so I've spent every night with him except for the nights that I've had to travel,' she says.  
'I've had to make two trips to New York and one really quick trip to London and Paris, but other than that, I've been with him every single night of his life and done every feed.'
She says she has shunned her girlfriend's advice to hire nannies.  
'A girlfriend of mine was like, "Why are you doing this? Get somebody to help you!" But the truth is that I've realized how little sleep I actually need,' she tells the publication.
'There's nothing about it that actually makes me want to moan. I actually love it, and when I'm not doing it, I really miss it. I was joking to my girl- friend.
'I said, "I want to do it because when he's older, this is all I will have to hold over him!"
'I can't do what my mother did, which is tell me every single day of my life about her labor and how long it was and how it was 36 hours of hell . . .'
Meanwhile co-star Kristen sings high praises of her beautiful co-star, saying that Theron has the ability to light up every room.
'She is unlike anyone I've ever encountered. She is one of those people who walks into a room and everyone knows it,' she says.
' She's a fucking movie star. It's funny, too, because she always says, "I'm not really a performer." But I'm like, "Yeah, not at all." [laughs] She's an actor and a performer.
